Our membership program enables those who do not have dental insurance to receive high quality service from a natural dentist, including cleanings, exams, and more without paying the full out-of-pocket price.
While dental insurance plans are complicated and confusing, our Wellness Plan is simple. You pay an annual fee and get the necessary preventive services for your smile for an entire year. There are no cards, no waiting periods, and no monthly deductibles. With this plan, you don’t have to worry about filing claims or whether you will exceed your yearly maximum. Basically, you get all the benefits of dental insurance without a third party interfering with your quality care!
Under the Wellness Plan here at Bionica Dental Wellness of Delafield, most preventive care is completely covered—just like normal dental insurance. When you take full advantage of the preventive services in our in-house membership program, you can stop issues like cavities and gum disease from developing in the first place. Then, you are more likely to avoid needing to pay for more complex treatments like a root canal or tooth extraction in the future, saving you hundreds on your oral healthcare costs.
In addition to the money you can save as a result of regular preventive care, the Wellness Plan offers an additional discount on other services you may need or want from our natural dentist, including cosmetic treatments. You won’t find that with dental insurance!
Your plan begins on the day you pay your annual fee and ends midnight of the 1-year mark. You will not receive a card; rather your membership will be confirmed via electronic or paper correspondence.
The Wellness Plan is not a dental insurance, but rather a membership plan provided by Bionica Dental Wellness. Therefore, it can only be used at our Bionica Dental Wellness of Delafield office solely by the person for which the plan was assigned. The Wellness Plan cannot be transferred to other persons or dental offices. The Wellness Plan cannot be used in conjunction with any dental/medical insurance or benefit plans, services related to workers compensation or automobile claims, Care Credit or other 3rd party financing. Excludes full mouth and quadrant scaling, and laser therapy. Discounts cannot be applied to orthodontic therapies.
